IDÓNEA - Food Rescue

IDÓNEA is a non-profit gastronomic and social project supported by citizens convinced that it is urgent to reduce food waste. Through voluntary work, food is rescued from markets and fairs in Quito in suitable conditions to give it a decent destination.

Pulsar Cultural Foundation cooperates with this project in the management of institutional supports, among which the Global Greengrants Fund scholarship stands out.
