Pulsar Cultural Foundation is an Ecuadorian organization made up of professionals in cultural management, gastronomy, communication and arts. We seek to recognize and strengthen the capacities of human beings to relate to themselves and their environment, and to manage collaborative, sustainable and pedagogical spaces and activities that generate enjoyment and transformation.
Fundación Cultura Pulsar is legally constituted by ministerial agreement No. DM-2015-043, since April 30, 2015 by the Ministry of Culture and Heritage of Ecuador.
